Paniolo Greens at Waikoloa Village

Comprising 195 units in 12 two-story buildings, Paniolo Greens, located adjacent to Waikoloa Village Golf Course, is a spacious resort with lovely grounds and gardens.

The hotel offers an activities desk for booking luaus, helicopter sightseeing trips, and golf times. Ten gas grills for guest use are scattered around the property. Access to the upper floor of the two-story buildings is by outside staircase, not elevators.

Guests units measure a generous 1,200 to 1,400 square feet and include fully equipped kitchens. Decor varies, but all units include patios or balconies furnished with dining tables and chairs. Cable TV, DVD players, and CD players provide entertainment. Situated several hundred feet above the ocean, rooms are cooled by ceiling fans and cross-ventilation. For a fee, rooms can be equipped with an air-conditioning unit.
